Lily padz are made of a soft flexible non-absorbent material that
conforms to your breast for a secure fit.  They are virtually invisible
under your clothes and because there is no absorbent compound
there is nothing else to buy. They are very easy to use, just place the pad
over your nipple with the tacky side toward your skin, press the centre
of the pad onto your nipple and smooth out over your breast just lift
off to nurse then re-apply after, the mild adhesive lining is gentle
on your skin.  The Lily padz are continuously usable,  just wash with mild
soap and water, rinse and let air-dry . You can occasionally sterilize them
in boiling water for 3 - 5 minutes.
